• Tell us about your guild/corp/clan history, where have you been and with who? I've been playing lol in one clan before with a firend and 4 other guys. Also I've been playing Call of Duty 2 in several clans and played succesfully in the els and other leagues. so there is some experience.
• Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it? I've got a mic and Teamspeak. Also im able to get mumble.
• Which division are you applying for? Competitive or Casual: Im applying for the competitive dividion.

• Character style e.g. support, DPS: I'm mostly playing support but i can play other roles, too.
• Games played: over 800 ranked games and arround 700 normal games
• How long have you played LoL: I've been playin LoL for about a year.

• Games won: normal: 400; ranked: season 1: 338, season 2: 45
• Elo Ranking: currently arround 1200, top elo in season 1 was
• Main characters: Supporters like Taric, Sona, Janna, Soraka, Alistar
• What you want to achieve: a way better elo and good results in cups like Go4LoL
• Your desired role: I prefer support
• The time you can commit: During the week i can start playing arround 7 pm and at the weekend it depends.
• Available practise times: In general every day in the week expect fridays.
